Exchanges and Returns

Exchange 

You accept that exchanges will only be processed within 14 days of receipt and where the garments are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with the tags still attached.

You accept that ready-to-wear garments can be exchanged for an identical garment in an alternative size only if that size is available. In order to exchange a ready-to-wear garment you will email orders@marlobymarlo.com quoting the order number, garment name, size, and colour and will include the reason for exchange and what size you require. Once the garment has been received according to these terms of exchange, the exchange will be processed. Processing times may vary according to circumstances which are outside the control of MBM.

You accept that made-to-wear garments can be exchanged for an identical garment in an alternative size for a fee of $50. In order to exchange a made-to-wear garment you will email orders@marlobymarlo.com quoting the order number, garment name, size, and colour and will include the reason for exchange and what size you require. Once the garment has been received according to these terms of exchange, the exchange will be processed. You accept that the new garment will be produced in the next made-to-order cycle and may not be processed immediately. An approximate production date will be provided, and you acknowledge that this is an estimate only. 

 

Cancellations

MBM, at its sole discretion, may cancel your order for items at any time prior to dispatch. In the event of a cancelled order, funds paid in relation to that order will be refunded in full as soon as is reasonably practicable.

You acknowledge and agree you are unable to cancel an order for items once it has been processed. MBM is unable to offer refunds for items that have been opened, apart from exceptional cases.

 

Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse or grant refunds for the Services, pursuant to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Any requests by the Client for refunds must be detailed in writing and will only be considered when options for remedies or a replacement have been exhausted.

Refunds will only be granted in cases where the garment is faulty, and not for change of mind. In order to return a garment please email order@marlobymarlo.com quoting the order number, garment name, size, and colour and will provide imagery of the fault as well as all tags on the garment still attached. You must specify whether you are seeking a refund processed to the original payment method or a store credit. Once the garment has been received according to these terms of refund, the refund will be accessed in order to be processed.
